Following the tremendous success of the MA252, the MA352 tube hybrid integrated amplifier features more power (200watts into 8 ohms, 320 into 4 ohms), 5-band tone controls, tube preamp with tube MM phono stage, combined with a direct coupled solid state amplifier. You can even connect powered subwoofers for added low frequency performance.
Like other McIntosh amplifiers, the MA352 features the patented Power Guard technology which ensures that the amplifier does not clip when it is over driven, potentially preventing damage to your speakers. Sentry Monitor cuts off the output if the amplifier exceeds safe operating levels. A 5-Band tone control allows you to optimize the sound of your favourite recording. After all, most recordings are not perfect. And with Home Theater Pass through, you can seamlessly integrate the MA352 into your home theater system.
The chassis is reminiscent of the legendary Mc275 tube power amplifier, built since the 70s. McIntosh’s blue power meters, control knobs, illuminated logo and black glass front panel complete the company’s iconic look.
