Shipping Policy:

Audio Excellence offers FREE ground shipping on orders over $600.00! (Some exceptions apply i.e.: Oversized or Overweight)
Items in stock are shipped within 2 business days.
When an item is out of stock, you will be notified via email.

Items over $600.00 are eligible for free shipping unless otherwise noted (Some exceptions apply i.e.: Oversized or Overweight). The "Pre-Owned" and "Promotion" sections do not provide free shipping.

Audio Excellence inc. preserves all the rights to change this policy without notice at any time. By purchasing on this website, the client agrees to these terms.

Exchanges:
For exchanges, please email us at info@audioexcellence.ca. Please ship the item back to us within 7 days after you receive the item.

Exceptions:
1. Opened items cannot be returned
2. Defective headphones/earphones will be exchanged. Otherwise they cannot be returned.

In-Store Pick Up:
Local in-store pick up is available during business hour, an email or phone call will be made when your order is ready for pick up.

Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday from 10am - 5:30pm
Thursday, Friday from 12pm- 7:30pm
