The WAMM's own subwoofer engineering, available for the rest of Wilson's floorstanding lineup.

Wilson's flagship WAMM Master Chronosonic system needed a subwoofer capable of matching its ambition, and the result was the WAMM Master Subsonic. The standard Subsonic is that same subwoofer's fraternal twin — identical drivers, identical internal volume, the only difference being the finish work, since it's built to Wilson's main-line metalwork standard rather than the WAMM's prismatic gantry finish.

Three dual-spider 12" woofers work together to reproduce the infra-sonic range with the kind of transient speed that's genuinely rare in subwoofer design, extending performance down to 10Hz while staying seamlessly coherent with whatever Wilson floorstander it's paired with in the lower midbass region. It's available configured as either a single mono unit or a matched two-channel stereo pair, depending on how far you want to take your system's bass extension — and in either configuration, only the WAMM Master Subsonic itself goes deeper.

If you own one of Wilson's medium or larger floorstanders and want genuine flagship-level bass extension without a full WAMM system, this is how you get it.
