The SMT1.3 gives you the option to upsample content to high-res PCM or DSD for slightly different sonic presentation to suit your preference and matching with your DAC.

When connecting to a high-end DAC, in addition to USB, coaxial, BNC, AES and optical outputs it also features an advanced I2S output. With a dedicated FPGA circuit, it can easily adjust its I2S pinout, for assured compatibility to most DACs available.
