From 80Hz up, it's pure, uncompromised Magneplanar — the same midbass-to-midrange speed and definition you'd get from a full-size floorstander, just packaged to fold flat against a wall when you don't need it front and center. It's equally at home as a main channel, a center, or a surround, and pairing it with one of Magnepan's woofer panels or a self-powered subwoofer extends it into genuinely full-range performance for demanding music and home theater use alike.
