The LUMIN P2 is designed to become the digital centrepiece of a serious two-channel system. Building on the award-winning P1, it combines LUMIN’s latest processing platform with dual ESS ES9038PRO DACs, extensive digital and analogue connectivity and advanced volume control, allowing it to serve as a network player, DAC, preamplifier or all three.

A New Reference for the P Series

More processing power and a fully upgraded analogue stage take the P2 well beyond the platform that came before it.

The P2 supports native DSD512 and PCM up to 32-bit/384kHz, while its dual ES9038PRO DACs operate in mono mode to give each channel dedicated conversion resources. A fully balanced dual-mono analogue stage, Lundahl output transformers and separate digital and analogue power supplies help deliver the cleaner, more spacious presentation expected from LUMIN’s higher-end components.

Nine digital and analogue inputs give the P2 the flexibility to handle far more than streaming alone.

Digital sources can connect through AES, optical, coaxial S/PDIF or USB, while balanced XLR and RCA analogue inputs make room for existing components. HDMI 2.0 connectivity with 4K passthrough, ARC and CEC control also allows the P2 to become the hub of a high-quality two-channel television system.
