The dCS Vivaldi APEX DAC is designed to extract as much musical information as possible from your digital sources. Its APEX version of dCS's proprietary Ring DAC lowers noise and distortion, while the large chassis gives the digital and analog circuitry room to be carefully isolated. The result is a remarkably spacious, natural presentation with weight and texture that can make recordings feel more lifelike.

You'll also have extensive control over how your music is processed. The Vivaldi APEX supports high-resolution PCM and DSD sources and offers multiple digital inputs, including USB, AES3, S/PDIF, and SDIF-2. The Vivaldi APEX is the DAC at the heart of the larger Vivaldi system, working alongside the Vivaldi Upsampler and Master Clock when you want the complete setup.
