A beefed-up transformer and a nearly 100,000 μF capacitor bank give it enormous reserves to draw on, while an increase in Class A bias — the setting most responsible for that rich, textured, "analog" sound — pushes the amp further into its sweetest-sounding operating range without overheating, thanks to new copper heatsinks purpose-built to handle it. The output stage borrows components straight from D'Agostino's flagship Relentless amplifiers, so you're getting trickle-down engineering from the company's most extreme design, in a chassis sized for the real world.
