Perhaps the sweet spot in the MRC range, the MRC2.2 combines the balanced, low distortion presentation of the smaller MRC models with a bit more bass extension and dynamic slam.

This is in part due to its use of a second seven-inch ceramic cone driver in a 2 ½ way configuration.

The “walk-around the musicians” soundstage from the other MRC models is still very much apparent, but the MRC2.2 adds more output capability and lower distortion in the critical bass range.

An ideal all-around performer in most rooms and easily driven with most quality amplifiers.

Each natural stone cabinet is truly unique, and great attention goes into selecting slabs to create pairs that are as closely matched as possible

ACORA ACOUSTICS
was founded in 2018 by lifelong music lover and speaker designer Valerio Cora.

Cora has been building speakers for over 40 years with an important feature most manufacturers can’t match- cabinets made of natural stone. With inherently lower resonance and less stored energy than MDF or Wood enclosures, stone provides a nearly perfect “launching pad” for a loudspeaker driver.

The first Acora designs used complex cabinets made from granite, while the MRC line uses natural marble enclosures.
