Accuphase E-6000 Flagship Class AB Integrated Amplifier
Since 1972, Accuphase has consistently pursued the ideal in music reproduction and has released numerous high-performance HiFi components. In 2021, Accuphase launched the E-5000, its flagship Class AB integrated amplifier, which earned high praise as a model offering performance and high output rivaling that of separate amplifiers.

The E-6000 is the culmination of over half a century of amplifier technology developed by Accuphase. As a new flagship model that pursues a new ideal for integrated amplifiers, it offers sound quality and driving power that rival those of separate amplifiers.

Features

Key Features & Engineering Highlights

Preamplifier Excellence: Features a Balanced AAVA preamplifier incorporating ANCC in the IV conversion stage, lowering real-world volume usage noise by 14% and boosting the rated signal-to-noise ratio over its predecessor.

Massive Power Output: Uses a six-bipolar transistor parallel push-pull Class AB configuration to deliver a formidable 260 W into 8 Ω and 350 W into 4 Ω. (E-5000: 5-transistor parallel configuration, 240W/8Ω, 320W/4Ω)

Upgraded Power Supply: Driven by a newly designed, oversized toroidal transformer and custom high-capacity filter capacitors (100V / 47,000 µF). (E-5000: 100V/40,000uF)

Damping Factor of 1000: Employs ultra-low on-resistance MOSFET switches (0.84 mΩ) in the speaker protection circuit for complete speaker control and precise signal delivery.

Refined Design & Built-In Safety: Features a 10 mm taller chassis, satin-finished aluminum details, gold-plated control bases, and a large analog power meter. Includes comprehensive short-circuit, temperature, and DC detection safeguards.

Included Accessories: Ships with the dedicated RC-260 remote commander.
