AudioQuest has launched the Niagara 7000 Low-Z Power Noise-Dissipation System, a revolutionary AC power filtration system designed by expert Garth Powell. The system was created to address the increasing problems preventing audio/video components from reaching their potential due to airborne and AC-line-transmitted radio signals, overtaxed utility lines, and high-definition audio/video demands. The Niagara 7000 offers low system noise and superior current delivery to accommodate the increasing bandwidth and dynamic range of today's power amplifiers.

According to differential sample tests and spectrum analysis, up to a third of a high-resolution audio signal can be lost, distorted, or masked by noise riding along AC power lines that feed components. The Niagara 7000 employs a holistic, science-based approach to AC power technology and offers a comprehensive solution to the increasing noise plaguing power lines.

The Niagara 7000 features optimized radio-frequency lead directionality, run-in capacitor forming technologies developed by Jet Propulsion Laboratories and NASA, and AC inlet and outlet contacts with heavy silver plating over extreme-purity copper. It also uses patented AC Ground-Noise Dissipation, Dielectric-Biased AC Isolation Transformers, and a unique passive/active Transient Power Correction Circuit with an instantaneous current reservoir of over 90 amps peak.

The Niagara 7000 corrects current compression, which is only minimized in most AC power products featuring "high-current outlets." With the Niagara 7000, music lovers can experience the clarity, dimensionality, frequency extension, dynamic contrast, and grip that their A/V systems have been capable of delivering, but only if the power is right.
